i read somewhere that the demo actually was actually sung along with Bobo (previously collaborated with Rammstein in other songs), same as this case, completely in german... and the band actually prefers that version too... however there's no release of it
the demo's of Was ich Liebe, Stirb Nicht Vor Mir, and Eisenmann are some of my favorite songs they ever had. The real version of this is great, 2 soulmates that maybe never meet; this version is like an incel on the hopium that he'll find something that's never going to happen.

Both Dusseldorf 1997 concerts looked like great shows from the clips and few complete songs that are floating around, I hope a full tape will surface some day.
So did any of these songs become used or were ever recorded?
It was recently discovered the song we thought was titled ‘Biest’ or ‘Tier’ was actually titled ‘Sadist.’ It was eventually reworked entirely sometime in 1996 (still under the title Sadist) and became the song ‘Tier’ released on Sehnsucht in 1997. This has been confirmed by Jacob Hellner who produced both both Herzeleid and Sehnsucht. Jeder Lacht was scrapped almost entirely with only some lyrics being reused for ‘Adios’ and released on Mutter in 2001.
@@Tyger448 well "sadist" is 10 times better than tier and would have fit perfectly on sehnsucht with its heavy keyboard effects. Also the chorus is better too, the guitar riff there is great. Wish the song got better justice. Jeder lacht needed work in my opinion, it was quite lackluster here but I guess they just decided to abandon it

I always interpret this version as Part 2 from the one with the female vocalist where the man's soulmate has died. Mainly cause Till sings alone and this version sounds gloomier.
